Purchased and gift vouchers can only be redeemed at checkout – not in the shopping cart.

Enter your code in the "Discount code or gift card" field and confirm it via the "Apply" button. The amount will then automatically be deducted from your order. You can enter the code as soon as you reach the checkout (you don't yet need to have selected an address or payment method).

Promotional discount codes can also be redeemed at checkout. In addition, you can enter and apply them already in the shopping cart.

Purchased and gift vouchers can be combined with other vouchers as well as with discount codes.

Discount codes (e.g. from promotions or the newsletter), however, cannot be combined. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.

Discount codes come with varying redemption terms and are time-limited. They may have a minimum order value or be tied to other conditions. These conditions are explained in the email or on the page where you found the discount code.

In addition, discount codes can only be used once and become invalid as soon as the order is completed.
